Lacrosse is a team sport that combines running, passing, catching, and shooting using a lacrosse stick. Participants will learn basic skills through fun, adapted activities designed to encourage teamwork, coordination, confidence, and active play.

This clinic utilizes volunteers to help children progress their individual and team lacrosse skills with direct guidance from the instructor who will focus on basic skills.
